This challenge was one of my favorites from my career because this sales and marketing method had never been done before in the industry which allowed me and my team to create everything from scratch.

At the time, my location was #2 from the bottom and when I passed the torch to run the commercial division, it was #2 from the top. As GM on the commercial side, I oversaw a small team that created marketing and sales strategies from the ground up to identify, secure and service multi-million dollar contracts during the Texas Oil Boom.
