Responsibilities- Lead tech for Hedge and Mutual fund trading and custody system.- Worked with AD and vendor for all implementations by reviewing changes and ensuring all instructions were clear and correct. - Lead for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into priority one issues.- Mentoring and training. Setup DKIM, Domain Keys, SPIF and Sender ID to ensure mail was not marked as spam.- Redesigned network with LACP and VLANs to improve speed, increase security, reduce time to troubleshoot.- Built IDS using Snort with BASE.- Migrated physical systems to VMware Server for most processing systems. - Physically moved entire production infrastructure from in-house datacenter to collocation facility within 24 hr SLA.- Built VMware ESXi 4.0 infrastructure to migrate from VMware server.- Move all Tomcat instances from Windows to Linux.
