I had the pleasure of working with Andy at modis International. We shared the same values and goals of getting the right candidates for our Clients, and the right role for our candidates. This meant really getting to know our candidates and Clients so that we could match not just technical skills, but interpersonal and other soft skills too. These extra steps are not always taken in the competitive recruitment environment, so I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andy if you are looking for role to be filled or a position within the IT arena.

Mr T is a giant of the recruitment industry, he has worked with and mentored some of the best people in the industry. He was crucial in my development from a cock sure boy band wannabe into a competent sales person. I have lots to thank Andy for and feel a recommendation is the best way to say a massive thank you. If your looking for a move into recruitment then please get in touch with Andy he will make you into a diamond of the industry.

Having played in the first ever game, gaining heritage number #001, coached the academy & assisted with the 1st team, before joining the Board of Directors, the transition to CEO seems inevitable. Irrespective of job title the role is doing my best for the club to help make us successful, secure & a great place to enjoy Rugby League. The achievement of winning the inaugural 1895 Trophy at Wembley was a fabulous way to celebrate the 1st Year. Really pleased to have helped the club return 'home' to the Olympic Legacy Park in May 2022 #theeagleshavefinallylanded. Excited for the future of the Club. Show less

Building on our vast experience, contacts, & previous successful, relationships, we provide Contract & Permanent Resource to the IT market, local & regional SME's, plus larger Corporate Clients by understanding our part in the process, where we can add value & offering realistic advice to all parties. We have in excess of a century of combined industry experience with the knowledge & track record of proven successful delivery. A refreshing, consultative approach to our recruitment business means that we are aware of what is required by all parties, & more importantly, what isn't ! The business has grown from start up to over £10m turnover & still growing. Remember, not all Agency's are the same. Show less
