Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineer in a local firm that ranked ME01 in Singapore. My responsibilities includes full design, local authorities submission, run and manage building M&E services system related projects for both new and existing buildings with additions and alterations works. Experienced mainly in projects such as commercial and industrial buildings. The role acquires liaising directly with the Clients/ Owner for guidance, design requirement & clearance and support. Also provide consultancy service on M&E services at the design team (client/ consultants/ contractors) meetings and site visit. Coordinating works with junior member of our team and other departments in the office (i.e.: admin/ contract and drafting department).
