During this first master research project I processed and analyzed data obtained from the first pilot study of the Therapeutic Oncologic Program (TOP) of Health Care Center Kloosterveen in Assen. This program is a combined lifestyle intervention developed for cancer survivors, consisting of exercise, diet recommendations and mind/body therapy. I also wrote an advisory report on the research set up and evaluation. Secondly, I sat in with meetings at the Center for Integrative Psychiatry of Lentis, Groningen, regarding the set up of a combined lifestyle intervention for patients with anxiety or depression. For this project I developed the recruitment poster and information folder. Show less

In customer care we made sure all questions of customers regarding our product were answered correctly. These questions were asked via phonecalls or tickets. Part of the job was also to check personal profile changes of the members to maintain a safe environment. Next to customer care I worked in the weblog group, where we wrote and published our own blogs on dating and lifestyle. We closely worked together with the management and publicity team.
