I delivered key programs and events; applied for and reported on grants; retained 93% of members; directed our annual budgeting process; developed and maintained relationships with funders, field leaders, and affinity groups; and led member onboarding and ongoing engagement. - Spearhead Blue Sky's use of Salesforce and implement a strategic action plan for member and prospect member engagement. - Currently overseeing Blue Sky's website redesign and refresh; close collaboration with Giant Rabbit, a web developer to better serve our community through our website. - Initiate annual membership survey in close collaboration with Hunter-Kemper Consulting. In 2022, during a leadership transition, I successfully increased the response rate by 10% through enhanced outreach. Show less
