Blue Sky Funders Forum is a funders collaborative that exists to inspire and increase philanthropic investments and the community of funders supporting equitable access to meaningful outdoor experiences and connections to nature. As the Program Coordinator, I lead Blue Sky's communications and membership services, oversee our programs and events, and provide project management support and direction for Blue Sky's initiatives. Highlights: - During a year-long leadership transition, I was the only Blue Sky employee. I reported to the board, making recommendations for key priorities during this time. I delivered key programs and events; applied for and reported on grants; retained 93% of members; directed our annual budgeting process; developed and maintained relationships with funders, field leaders, and affinity groups; and led member onboarding and ongoing engagement. - Spearhead Blue Sky's use of Salesforce and implement a strategic action plan for member and prospect member engagement. - Currently overseeing Blue Sky's website redesign and refresh; close collaboration with Giant Rabbit, a web developer to better serve our community through our website. - Initiate annual membership survey in close collaboration with Hunter-Kemper Consulting.
