Switchboard Operator, Customer Service and Support (Out of Hours)
-
May 2019 - Present
Mainly answering switchboard calls for several different regions in Sweden. These calls are almost exclusively regarding healthcare, that is to say, if you call an hospital in any of these regions during night time (21 - 7) there's a good chance you'll hear a radioesque voice answering your call. We also sit as an out of hours support unit for several different instances and companies during these hours, ranging from finding and booking translators for (99% of the time) the police authority to answering calls from technicians and machine operators all around the world from ABB. Even though I work out of hours I'd say the job is very stimulating, because of the wide range of duties you have. It's also quite nice to have time to finish up on some courses during the slower hours of the night. And during the long commute. Show less

Answering calls for all of the Regions hospitals as a switchboard operator, connecting both external (patients) and internal calls (doctors, nurses and so on). Fairly high intensity as for as quantity and urgency of calls goes. Even though it's very much the same thing over and over you always need to stay as sharp as possible whilst maintaining a high grade of service-mind, which is a quite stimulating mix. Complaints Representative / After Sales
-
Oct 2018 - Apr 2019
Serving customers through incoming emails or phone calls regarding any complaint they might have regarding an order they had made at bygghemma. The job had me getting into a lot of direct contact with customers, distributors and manufacturers on a daily, almost case to case basis. Anything to best meet our customers needs, while always maintaining a great relationship with our distributers and manufacturers. If I would take just one thing with me from my short time at bygghemma it would be pride in what I managed to accomplish as far as creating and maintaining great relationships with our customers, distributers and manufacturers. I think relationships are the most important thing we have, especially if you want to build loyalty between brands and companies. And I'd like to think I did that very well. Show less

Consultant and assistant at the Swedish Migration Agency. Answering questions via phone and email regarding applications concerning asylum, Swedish citizenship, residence permit, work permit and much more about migrating to Sweden. I would have still been there if it wasn't for the fact that my partner would be starting her university studies in Lund after summer. Loved every minute of working there. Inside Sales

Apr 2016 - Sep 2016
Currently working as a B2B sales representative at Swedish company Eniro. Eniro is Swedens biggest search engine. Used to find phone numbers or who that person is that keeps calling you from that weird number. However, that's just the smallest part of what Eniro does. Our biggest strenght is local search, for finding the service customers need instantly. My main job is helping those customers find OUR customers. Making our customers more easily accessable through search word optimization, ranked searching, googe adwords and so on. My main focus is acquiring new customers to join Eniros search engine. Helping more companies market themselves in the best way possible and on all different platforms instead of just one. I love my job, because it has me accountable and no one else. If something bad happens to me it's on me, no one else. I follow a budget and certain goals and it's my responsibility to reach those goals. And I simply love it. Accountability is something very underrated in my book, because when you have no safe place to "hide" you have to perform, every day. Show less

Oct 2014 - Jan 2016
Worked as an Out of Hours-Agent with customer care and technical support. Meaning I work evening shifts, nightshifts and weekend shifts almost exclusively, if I wouldn't be needed to jump in and help out during normal working hours. Before that I was Account Ordering Administrator, administrating hardware and software orders between IBM and a Swedish company called ABB. Entertainer, Tour Guide & Activity Leader
-
Jun 2008 - Aug 2014
Summerjob at the castle ruin that is my hometowns main attraction for tourism. Here I worked every summer but one between dates provided above. Started as just an activity leader but over time I became a tour guide and later the team leader of our operation. I would do that dressed as a knight, armor and all. I would handle groups of about 40 kids, telling stories, training them in the way of the knights and helping them craft their own medieval items. Required quite a lot of acting skills, having the same level of imagination as my subjects didn't hurt either. My belief that dragons exist is all thanks to those crazy kids. Also caught a broken nose, tread carefully when sword fighting 10-year olds, word to the wise. Show less
