Mary is a very intuitive, meticulous and respected manager. She would look at all sides of an issue before responding. Her management style is hands off and she steered away from micro-managing her employees. Her expectations for me was straight and to the point. She took the time to understand our skill levels/needs and when an opportunity was available for us to improve or advance upon, she did not hesitate to bring those opportunities to our attention.
