      Cunningham Lindsey is one of the largest loss adjusting and claim management companies in the world that offered a unique blend of stability, innovation and technical ability across a variety of disciplines. In my role as SVP Business Development I was responsible for generating and maintaining top line revenue for our Loss Adjusting Services, Major and Complex Loss and CAT operations. I was also responsible for developing our niche product lines such as Vale Training Solutions, GAB Robins Value Appraisal Services, Alternative Dispute Resolution (AUP and Mediation) in addition to launching new business in the US operation such as Oriel, a water mitigation review service. During my time at Cunningham Lindsey I reorganized the sales model, created and implemented an account management model, developed and rolled out a cloud based CRM, introduced a cloud based MI tool for the organization, developed new marketing strategies and materials for all product lines and introduced new workflows so sales and operations can work together more seamlessly. In addition to the above mentioned tasks, I designed new compensation plans, operating models for all of Business Development that included targeted growth strategies for key accounts and industry prospects. I also integrated the US business unit with our Global Specialty Markets team that was based in the UK. Cunningham Lindsey saw core client growth, new acquisitions increase and product diversification expand during my time there. I believe these are all attributable to my ability to select a top tier team that are positive change agents as well as assist me in challenging the way that we do business with our customers.
