Steven is good-humored and a pleasant person to work with. His greatest virtues are his integrity, patience, active listening skills, and ability to build lasting business partnerships. While working with Steve in Client Services at Allianz, he acted as a mentor to the call center. I always found him to be both knowledgeable and clear in his communication to both his co-workers and the customers, a skill set that will strongly serve him in the real estate business and any other career path he chooses. He frequently became my "go to" person of choice whenever I needed professional or personal guidance. I am honored to call him a friend to this day.
