Labor and material expenses for all projects combined were valued at $3.1m.Manage pipeline and residential development projects from beginning to the end which may include preparing proposals, field walk down, meetings, design engineering, preparation of reports, bid supports, procurement, and construction administration.Worked with legal to create master service agreement for contractors reducing contracting time from 3+ weeks to only 1 day. Streamline workflows for accounts payable system, reducing redundancies and errors that cause delays and cost time for project managers and accounts payable department. All of this resulted in helping vendors get paid more quickly, with less billing discrepancies.
