I had the opportunity to work with David on many projects during his time at CQ Roll Call and, to borrow the title of a book on hiring the best talent by Joel Spolsky, David is "Smart and Gets Things Done." David effectively managed diverse project teams consisting of software developers, QA analysts, product managers, and UX designers while working alongside other business teams to ensure project success. David’s ability to communicate with people from various disciplines makes him especially effective; he understands how to address each different perspective and concern. David's ability to manage large-scale and highly complex projects was best exemplified when he led the migration of the company’s IT infrastructure to a new datacenter. David not only had to precisely manage the timing of many hardware and software tasks but also had to do it while our datacenter was in the midst of major changes. David was one of the few people on the team who could keep all the critical details straight. David is a top-notch project manager and leader who knows how to face and manage change in constructive and creative ways.
