Class Notetaker - Center for Students with Disabilities
-
Jun 2019 - Jul 2019
I was a class note taker for a summer biology class for the Center for Students with Disabilities at UConn. This class met 3 days a week for 6 weeks. I uploaded notes on CSD's website in a timely manner (within 24 hours of the lecture). This position required plenty of organization as the class was fast moving and each day we had 2 lectures. Vice President and Co-Founder

May 2017 - Nov 2018
I served as Vice President and co-founder of Fordham College at Lincoln Center's Coalition Against Relationship and Sexual Violence (CARSV). Our work as a student organization included activism, peer education, and being a community resource. As Vice President, I was involved with programming and event planning, developing and presenting consent workshops, running meetings, and being a liaison between students and the administration. I spoke at and co-organized numerous speak outs and student rallies and collaborated with Fordham Law students in a statement and action against the swearing in of Brett Kavanaugh. Most notably, I spearheaded an initiative to work in conjunction with Fordham's administration to revise the University's current Campus Assault and Relationship Education Guide and make the information more accessible to students. Below is an article in which I am quoted about a protest I co-organized with Fordham Law as VP of my organization: Show less
