Danny is a very dependable and hardworking teammate. While working together on a final project, he was not only able to pull his own weight, but also filled in any roles that needed to be performed to meet our deadline. He is extremely friendly but isn't afraid to address bottlenecks in the team when necessary. When we encountered an unexpected curveball, he was able to adapt quickly and provide workaround solutions. Combined with his discipline, Danny was able to consistently deliver quality work which greatly contributed to the success of our project. Should the opportunity arise, I would not hesitate to work with Danny again.

Came in with little experience in the industry, but quickly rose to the top to become lead line cook. Managed a team of line cooks, coached and trained new hires, helped create new dishes, communicated with local farms, and systematized daily tasks. Most importantly I learned the secrets of the culinary arts, and how to cook good food. Came in with little experience in the industry, but quickly rose to the top to become lead line cook.
