I have worked with Jeff for many years on different projects that impacted both our departments. Jeff sees the big picture as well as the details of a project, along with the impact of tomorrow as well as into the future. His abilities have made some of SUMCO’s most complex processes more automated and streamlined. Previously, I worked for Jeff as a Business Analyst. I appreciated Jeff’s approach, giving me a vision and the tools to get the job done but were I worked out the details. With his support and guidance, we streamlined the Spec Registration process at a down time in the market and maintained the same staff and efficiencies when the market returned. With Jeff ‘s vision from the company perspective, functions that were stand-alone but using similar resources were aligned and reorganized to be more functional. I highly recommend Jeff for a position with any company. If you have questions or need further information, please feel free to contact me. Lee Klemmer Lee.klemmer@yahoo.com 480-262-0027
