Sean was one of our top performers at MLI and he went above and beyond to further the learning of the other members of our team. I had the pleasure of hiring and directly managing Sean in his role as Group Program Coordinator at MLI. After joining our team, Sean quickly proved himself to be an indispensable member of our organization and took on progressively larger responsibilities as he gained experience. I can attest to Sean’s diligence, determination, and eagerness to take on new challenges to stretch his abilities. He readily welcomed constructive criticism, showed a genuine curiosity for learning more, and developed a strong reputation for taking on increasingly complex projects with confidence. I would recommend Sean without reservation and would welcome the opportunity to work with him in future.

I had the opportunity to work with Sean. Sean is a great professional with extensive knowledge of business administration and has deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel. I enjoyed working with Sean and I highly recommend him.

As a Group Program Coordinator at MLI, I specialize in designing and operating highly customized programs for groups of students coming to Canada for short-term study and sightseeing. While duration and programming elements can vary greatly from group to group, the goal remains the same – to create an unforgettable cultural and educational experience for the students, staff, and community. For many of these students, it could be their first and only opportunity to travel abroad, so that makes their safety and satisfaction my primary concern. I will always go above and beyond to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded – from point of sale through to on-site support and post-program evaluation, I’m involved every step of the way. The Japanese government-run JET Programme had been a long-time goal of mine since my first visit to Japan back in high school. Selected as one of only ten in Canada for the programme’s early departure, I was sent to Japan to represent Canada as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) and cultural ambassador. This was a fantastic opportunity for me to fully immerse myself in another culture and to share my own. For my time on the programme, I was awarded the honours of Hyogo Special Goodwill Envoy and JET Kizuna Ambassador. Show less

Starting as an administrative assistant at a successful real estate franchise, I quickly became accustomed to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. I was the first point of contact with potential clients and provided administrative support to an office of 60+ agents. Later, as office administrator, I became responsible for managing all day-to-day operations.
