I've worked with Hayley since 2017, when we appointed her to lead one of our major accounts. A year ago we asked her to lead our customer success team, and to serve on our exco, and in that time she has significantly grown the maturity of the function, and of her team. Hayley has tremendous natural leadership ability, underpinned by strong management rigour. She combines these traits with an admirable degree of loyalty towards her team, and a desire to see her team members grow. There are not many people I've worked with who can balance being as congenial and approachable as she can be, with also being firm and decisive when required, thinking both quickly on her feet, or analytically, as needed. The term, "full package" comes to mind. Although someone who learns as voraciously and continually as Hayley does, will always be even "fuller" tomorrow. I sincerely hope we get to continue working together for many years to come.
