  During my internship at Amavido, I helped design itineraries and packages, and cooperated in tasks related to marketing, PR & communication, including through social media. In addition, together with the team we structured and organised the amavido database of hosts and travellers. I also had the opportunity to collaborate on the company's strategic decisions for destination management, marketing and communication, and community building initiatives. These three months allowed me to grow on a professional and organisational level thanks to the trust that Amavido immediately showed in my abilities. From the beginning, I was considered a member of the team in all respects, on a par with the other members, and thanks to this I always felt very stimulated to do my best in all the tasks that were assigned to me, individually and as part of a team. After my experience in Berlin, I have improved my knowledge of foreign languages, I am more autonomous, independent. Living alone in a big city, sharing a flat and having to face new difficulties every day has made me grow a lot and allowed me to have a more open mind and curious about new cultures and perspectives.
