While being @ NTT there was a time when we had a very critical client based need for 'SAP Solution Manager' demand and I happened to interact with Gowtam .Though it took sometime and effort for me to convince him initially for the role , he did clear all levels of evaluation with good ratings in all required areas and was rated very strong in most of the areas of SOLMAN . He was very polite , soft spoken and had incredible command over language which made him outsmart in selection process . His perseverance towards work made him to be one of the recognized SAP resource within SAP Practice . I'm sure he must be doing well in his current role too . All the very best Gowtam !!
