Michelle is very enthusiastic and driven. While serving as the MLSA VISTA Leader she offered support and guidance to 26 VISTA members serving throughout Montana which can be very difficult given the geographic limitations and large differences between projects and host sites. Michelle also assisted with the project’s bi-annual recruiting by interviewing applicants and providing information on AmeriCorps*VISTA and the project. She also built capacity for MLSA by being active in host site development, refining internal processes, and developing needed project resources. She is a pleasure to work with and her passion for non-profits and the community would benefit any organization.

Ashley (Brooks) Lee, CNP

Michelle is a kind hearted person whose contagious enthusiasm encourages others to be equally involved in their community.
