Fort Myers, Florida Area My best accomplishments at T3 Communications was to go through the wholesale bills and compare them to the customer billing. In doing this detailed process, I was able to identify $236,000 worth of billing that they were being charged but no longer had the customer. I also identified $110,000 worth of collectible billing. Through Sherlock Holmes detective methods I was able to collect the contracts between their vendors and also their customers. I then created easy access to these contracts on the shared drive. By working through these issues it enabled me to provide metrics and reporting on multiple products that they never had previously. I de-provisioned a WAN network that they had very few records on by working closely with Verizon. VoIP, Fiber, EVC's, DS1's and DS3's are some examples of order management I did for T3. Show less
