      Fort Myers, Florida Area My best accomplishments at T3 Communications was to go through the wholesale bills and compare them to the customer billing. In doing this detailed process, I was able to identify $236,000 worth of billing that they were being charged but no longer had the customer. I also identified $110,000 worth of collectible billing. By working through these issues it enabled me to provide metrics and reporting on multiple products that they never had previously. I de-provisioned a WAN network that they had very few records on by working closely with Verizon. VoIP, Fiber, EVC's, DS1's and DS3's are some examples of order management I did for T3. Show less
