      Charged with managing multi-national clients based in China, I assisted Mediaocean (MO) in meeting their support and quality of service targets. With China being a new market for MO, I wore many hats that saw me act as the 'go to' person for the entire company for product development, client services and support, training and documentation, as well as sales assistance, including outbound sales. Due to MO providing a SaaS and on-prem solutions to agencies and brands, I swiftly became an expert in the product and managed client software implementations, conversions & other professional services across the MO products.
