Lindsy and I collaborated together in redesigning the strategic operating plan for NYC's workforce development system, the largest in the nation. She has the rare ability to think through both the larger strategic goals of delivering quality services to our customers as well as the day-to-day operational implications on our vendors. It was an absolute pleasure to work alongside Lindsy on this cross-functional project. Her thoughtfulness, proactiveness and initiative-driven attitude make her the ideal team player and collaborator in a large, often bureaucratic, organization.
