Clemmie Taylor is a dedicated employee he has worked countless hours of his time to the Convention Center. He not only works with his department, but he also steps up to help all other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. Clemmie is an independent, self-directed person who can communicate effectively and meet even the most demanding challenges I've worked with Clemmie for several years, he has taught me the ins and outs of the operation department and several other departments, and I am very grateful for it.

Mr. Taylor is an outstanding individual imbued with so much natural charisma and a radiating spirit. He is hard working, ambitious, detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy. Working with him in several capacities was a true pleasure. He has an excellent way of communicating with people from all walks of life, and a management philosophy that transcends the norm. It was a pleasure working side by side with him and managing several august and memorable events. He has a passion for the Hospitality Industry and strives to give one hundred percent of himself always. He has a gift for managing people, and a natural unique gift with communication that draws his employees to him. A natural born leader who understands how to work as a team and always uses words like "we" instead of "I" to give credit to his employees. He is a great mentor who loves to mentor and coach his employees and friends in general to success. He loves to learn, and is always inquisitive to learn about the industry and the world in general. He is a great asset to the industry and an asset to any company with an urge to be successful in any upper management role. I therefore have no hesitation to write this recommendation on his behalf.
