Collaborated with the company & contractor. Developed an 'economic emotional model' and worked on the hierarchy of needs of more than 500 contract labourers working at Shakurbasti. Also, introduced warehouse systems for higher effectiveness Used Visualization technique & Economic Emotional Model, for higher connect with the organization & families (they are living alone in Shakurbasti for last 10-20 years, with families living in UP, Bihar). Conducted several motivational training workshops for labourers Outcomes: Our motivation workshops and interventions, helped improve almost 45% labor productivity,substantial reduction in time used for unloading trains & warehouse utilization.
