Rachel is a true gem. Not only is she a stellar project manager, she is one of the most genuine individuals you will ever work with. Rachel managed many projects I was a contributor for. She was very clear on timelines, goals, and even helped build the framework of how I could contribute to those goals without it impacting my other responsibilities and timelines. We worked together on many projects for atDove.org including Third Thursday presentations, atDove.org blog posts, and our annual conference. Rachel is a dedicated team member and has the perfect balance of setting and holding people to expectations and timelines, but in a gentle, realistic way. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Hiring Rachel was one of the best decisions I've ever made. She is smart, dedicated, quick-to-learn, energetic, and positive. She's incredibly independent—requiring very little oversight to get tasks completed, but always eager to ask questions or for advice when she knows she's out of her depth. She is extremely detail-oriented and managed to keep track of aspects of more than two-dozen concurrent projects that ranged from graphic design, marketing/sales, events, customer service, and overall business operations. She does what's necessary to get the job done, and she always does it without complaint. She also has a keen strategic mind and would often act as a true partner—rather than a mere subordinate—in the creation of new products and lines of business. This combination of detail-awareness and big-picture thinking is, in my experience, truly rare. I enthusiastically recommend Rachel.

As Project Assistant, I worked daily with customers and offered administrative support to company Executives. Often acting as the point-person for numerous projects, I developed calendars and communication plans for sharing project information. My role was also responsible for interacting with 50+ students, and I helped organize their daily assignments, answer enrollment questions, and support them through onboarding.
