Bob and I have met about three years ago in Avans university, and I have seen him developing exponentially since. Together we have done several projects, where I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Bob better, both professionally and his personality. I know Bob as someone who is not afraid of a challange, as he immediately jumped on board when asked to join an international HR project in a country where he had never been before without any doubts. Bob is a very tactful and diplomatic (yet honest and straight forwarded) person who can build bridges between people while actively particapating towards a common goal and end product. He has the ability to thoughtfully align vastly different views between various parties and individuals and he has often given me meaningful new insights during our projects. With Bob in your team you can be sure that not only the restults will be there, but also that everyones interests will be taken into account.
