Reporting to the Executive Director of N&T Supply Chain, providing program-focused leadership and coordination for cross-functional Transformation projects driven by Network and Technology Supply Chain. Master Data Governance To enable improved unit prices and inventory pooling for network equipment purchases, I collaborated with the MDM team to create item master business and feature requirements documents andfurther contributed to an enhanced item master feature list per our stakeholders, develop a process flow and software strategy, and a high level project plan. XO Supply Chain Integration To enable the efficient integration of XO Communications into Verizon, bringing about $1.5B of revenue, over 30,000 customers, and 20,000 intercity route miles enabling the OneFiber project, I provided a central planning forum to integrate XO supply chain processes into the VzB Network supply chain. Introducing New Products into the VCI Inventory Model To add exclusive products to Verizon’s Wireless device portfolio reduce capital by over $58M, I managed the addition of major internet service provider phones into our VCI and Rapid Replenishment programs. I similarly oversaw adding the additional products into VCI and Rapid Replenishment. To enhance the inventory planning process, I coordinated work between the Wireless Analytics team and CPFR team to design and create a VCI pull recommendation tool and a VCI true-up tool intended to provide planners with statistically-based recommendations for VCI transfer quantities and to track supplier compliance to our VCI minimum stock agreements.
