Shilpika joined DMI in the midst of an incredibly busy period for Operations. Shilpika was originally responsible for the support of our Expert and MSc students which requires a customer centric approach and effective administration in attending to the students' needs and academic/supervisor liaison. Shilpika then moved into supporting our Global Partner Network and their students. Both roles required dedication, patience and good problem solving skills and we're grateful for the contribution she has made to maintain our key performance metrics and KPI's.

Shilpika was a student of mine at NCI in 2016. Shilpika was an extremely dedicated and hard-working student who was always willing to contribute in class. Her assignments and class-work were always to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shilpika for any opportunity that she may have an interest in.
