I had the pleasure of supervising Navya in her role as a Residence Don at Columbia Lake Village Residence at the University of Waterloo. During that time I found Navya to be one of the most dependable people I have every worked with. When she commits to something you know you have a team member who is going to not only see things through but ensure that every component of that event/project is done to the highest standard. Navya is a natural leader who is able to step in when needed but also create space for others to step up.
