I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a fellow team member with Kristina at Multnomah University. There were many things I observed in her personality, demeanor, and skill-set that impressed me, but three things in particular stood out. Kristina is one of the most organized people I have ever met. Her notes were thorough, her calendar well-planned, and her known tasks and projects laid out far in advance. She helped the entire team track deadlines so we could all work together strategically and look at the big picture to accomplish our goals. Kristina does a fantastic job presenting information for groups of people in a professional environment. I observed her in meetings and presentations, ranging from small to institution-wide. She communicates with confidence and authority, with just the right amount of humor and levity. Also, Kristina doesn't beat around the bush when direct communication is needed. She is willing to communicate in a very matter-of-fact way and ask difficult questions, which brings clarity to situations. Kristina is a very personable, very approachable person with a mind for networking and professional development. This character trait made her an asset on our team, greatly improving our presence on social networks. It also made her very appealing to college students who were looking for career guidance, which she was enthusiastic to provide. If you have the opportunity to work with Kristina, you will quickly realize she is a fantastic person to have in your corner.

Kristina is a rockstar! She's highly motivated, knowledgeable about PR best practices, and not afraid to try new things. While working together at CMD, I appreciated her attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, such as weekly social media reporting needs for clients. Any team would be lucky to have her!
