As for me, Bogdan is an excellent team-leader.He always requires the higer standart from his co-workers, becouse he is always following it by himself. He is strict but fair, meanwhile, kind, friendly and what is most important - patient. I have learnt from him a lot. Bogdan is an inborn teacher, he explains every hard thing in a clear and simple way, so anybody can understand a point. Under his leadership, my way of "sales thinking" and my writing skills have changed beyond recognition.Bogdan can set ap a working process very well. Besides, l have felt under the pressure very seldom. Well, l don't know what does future hold in terms of my future emploers.
