  Officiating1997 - Member of Brockville (home board) and then joining Ottawa to provide service at the club, high school, and various night leagues. 2000 - Brockville - actively involved with the executive (President, Assignor, etc.)2005 - Provincial Evaluator (referee in chief for various Ontario Provincial Championships) 2010 - Supervisor of Officials for the Ontario Universities (selection, development and assigning)2012 - National Evaluator (evaluator/assignor for Canadian Championships)2013 - Official for the National Basketball League (Canada's Pro League)2014 - Resigned as Supervisor of Officials for the OUA and actively took to the court again to officiate.2017 - Vice President of CABO (Canadian Association of Basketball Officials)2018 - Facilitator for the OBA to manage the officials for the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association Prep Schools) and the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association.2020 - CBOC Executive Member at LargeOfficiating Camps - over the years have attended numerous camps both as an official and evaluator giving on the court instruction and breaking down video post-game. Finished by working the courts but for many years was assigned general patrol duties including warrant team entry, coach officer for new recruits, drug recognition expert and breathalyzer technician along with A/Sgt responsibilities . Policing is dealing with the perceptions of others towards life and how they fit within society. To obtain this understanding and trust from the community it requires patience, calmness and excellent listening skills.

Purchased a farm in 1986 and build a herd of Blonde d'Aquitaine Cattle selling breeding stock across Canada. Member of the Ontario Executive for many years including a 2-year term as President and also an executive member on the Canadian Board for one term.
