School Ecosystem Immersion: With the help of CRCC, SMC and school authority she was able to set up SMART class in 1122 No Barpeta Nursery cum LP school which is known to be the first digital class of LP school in lower Assam. Government System Imersion and Block Ecosystem Immersion: Mobilized communities and ensured their participation in the school processes through conducting 70+ FGDs and 2 jan sabhas as a result of which she was able to raise a fund around Rs. 85,000 and 25 books and introduced 50+ Libraries and 35+ BaLA in various schools. Ecosystem project: Established 5 demonstration seasonal centres by Working with 26 seasonal centres and approximately 50 stakeholders, she impacted 1027 students and improved regularity among the students towards seasonal centres who earlier worked with their parents in the Brick kiln industries. Seeing her dedication towards seasonal centres, the District Program officer cum District planning officer, SSA, nominated her as resource person for the 2 days workshop of education volunteers where she design and facilitate the whole workshop Public system projects: During the process of Community Immersion, she lived in a Bengali-Muslim family of Kalgachia Goan where She enabled 19 women to start their handmade bamboo utensils business namely Surujmukhi bamboo craft small scale industry, (Surujmukhi Bah Hilpa Udyuk). She also collaborate with Helpline foundation to support the woman in catch the market and ASRLM to provide training for improving their skill. Show less

experience in working in Harizan community where she conducted process like casework , group work, community organization etc. Other interventions which she contribute to the community were evening classes for students and women, awareness on health & education and collaboration with SIPRD to provide opportunities for Youth in skill development.
