I'm really passionate about sharing thoughts and beliefs, discussing old and new ideas and overall learning. It is something that makes me genuinely happy and allows me to be better and to help others develop themselves. That's why I'm always present, either as an attendee or a speaker, in some of the main events about agility and management, such as Agile Brazil, Agile Trends, The Developer's Conference (TDC), the Agile Trends Festival and some events from PMI (mostly in Brazil but I'm slowly broadening my horizons). I always try to bring topics I'm studying and also applying on my consultancy projects, talking about themes such as: delivery forecasting, flow metrics, knowledge workers motivation and success cases on evolving organizational maturity, and always anchored in practice.

Intern (Praktikantin)

Mar 2015 - Feb 2016
As part of my exchange experience in Germany, through the "Science Without Borders" program (CAPES), I worked on research projects at the Advanced Ceramics Institute, focusing mainly on biomimetic materials. Some of the main challenges and opportunities I faced during this experience were: - Developing interpersonal skills, both by guiding new researchers by the end of the program and through contact with different cultures throughout the exchange experience - Learning scientific topics in German was certainly a big challenge - Summing up the experience in one word would be "adaptation," which came with the independence, freedom, unexpected events, and generally new experiences that emerge during a first exchange experience abroad
