Executive Producer - Independent Producer Susan Feddema-Leonard is a Producer/Director for People & Peaks Productions. People & Peaks Productions is a film production company based in Grande Cache, Alberta. Their creatives have been nominated for twenty-two (22) Alberta Film and Television Rosie Awards over the past seven (7) years. Nominations include; Best Documentary Series; Best Documentary; Best Cinematographer, Best Director, Best Musical Score and Best Overall Sound for documentaries over 30 minutes. Susan has been nominated four (4) times for Producer for Best Documentary Series, twice (2) for Best Director, and three (3) times for Best Cinematographer for the Rosie Awards for documentaries over 30 minutes. Susan is also the Executive Producer of the Canadian Rockies Series (13 X 60’ HD · Documentary) that share the history, traditions and culture of the Rocky Mountains. The 13-part one-hour Canadian Rockies Series has been and will be aired on RFD-TV Canada, The Cowboy Channel Canada, and The Cowboy Channel USA in collaboration with Wild TV. Susan is also Executive Producer for nine (9) half-hour documentaries which are currently in post-production and will be aired on in 2020 on RFD-TV Canada, The Cowboy Channel Canada and The Cowboy Channel USA in collaboration with Wild TV. Susan is the Past President of Women in Film and Television Alberta (WIFTA), a member of Alberta Media Production Industries Association (AMPIA), and a long-standing member of the Writers’ Guild of Alberta.
