One of Ryan's strongest skills is to think outside of the box - spontaneously, quickly and creatively. Whether he's working on a data collection problem, or designing a video game interface, he's got new and exciting ways of tackling the challenge. He's got "cool, calm, and collected" down to a science, which makes him really easy to work with. A few carefully chosen and timely words from Ryan won over clients in meetings more than once.

Ryan is a self-motivated, resilient, driven, down-to-earth professional who takes accountability for his actions and performance. During my time as an undergrad at the University of Toronto, we worked on many business projects together where he displayed his reliability and will. He was able to take on responsibilities with the maturity of thought to deal with ambiguity. Ryan handles pressure very well and always takes a strategic and rational approach to problem solving. It has been a great pleasure and blessing to have worked with Ryan during our university times. Given another opportunity, I'd work with him again. Ryan would be an asset to any team. Particularly, I think he would do well in any consulting-type or problem solving role.
