He was an excellent team player and contributed significantly to mission critical solutions for global clients like ARM using Oracle Siebel in a multi-functional role including fit-gap analysis, solution development, customization and customer support. During his tenure he developed deep understanding of various categories of CRM challenges in a global setup and gained expertise on best solutions in Siebel using both native and custom functionalities.
