While at Cathedral, I developed a multi-year program to increase alumni engagement to create a process to convert alumni engagement into donors. I oversaw and implemented the first phase of the Alumni Association rebrand, which included: a comprehensive communications plan for all alumni-related activities, events, and accomplishments; content creation for targeted social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, monthly alumni newsletters, bi-annual Highlights magazine, and monthly President’s newsletter; the launch of first-ever Cathedral Alumni Network community, which features a web version and app for iPhone and Android devices. Also, I worked with a board of volunteers to develop a benefits package for new members of the alumni association. I implemented the rebranding of the Alumni Association, which included integrating Alumni Association board into all facets of Cathedral High School, such as supporting advancement, admissions, and marketing processes. I managed the marketing and communications strategy for the Alumni Association, fundraising events, and advancement efforts including social media and e-newsletters.
