The time spent at this Canadian start-up for men’s and women’s luxury fashion was fast-paced and brand-oriented. Communicated brand strategy seamlessly across all channels including social media platforms. I fostered a cohesive brand image while engaging the community and reaching target locals and sales goals. Because the company was new, we were introducing an unknown brand to the luxury market, and it was rewarding to see the process through. Commissioned local artists to showcase Milwaukee talent in a gallery setting, while providing art education and opening dialogue about our world and collective experiences. Curated luxury in-shop experiences while promoting the creative class and ensuring detail-oriented execution from the initial graphically designed invitations to the event’s completion. Hired and trained while providing support and knowledge in all operational processes. Built a strong team with personally fulfilled members throughout. Communicated success and areas for development between the shop and headquarters in order to provide the best assortment and streamline processes for inventory management.
