      NYNJCT area. Database management services, primarily for population health assessment involving 2M MC patients, var. subgroups (MCD, MCR, CHP, employees), NYC & surrounding boroughs. Develop methods, metrics, research protocols, automation processes, for spatial use of clinical research data. Use of IBM(R)Cognos(R) BI enterprise, Watson, SQL, SAS, SPSS, personal GIS tools and formulas. Perform complete evaluations of EMR/EHR for the identification of potentially new studies, grant sponsored programs, missed opportunities, and important SES and cultural research areas. Analyze the rarest of conditions or diagnoses, and cultural/genetics mapping of case clusters. Assist teaching hospital researchers in data gathering and analytic steps. Producing a 7-tier HIT-GIS (admin, document, surveil, intervene, report, predict, manage) for small and large clinical regions, population or areas, as per schedule and/or ad hoc. Re-produced my 3D spatial analyst tool for evaluating healthcare needs and services provided down to small area level. Initiated prediction modelling, risk analyses protocols. Show less
