I would recommend Konstantin as very sophisticated and professional manager who can create marketing strategy, encourage his team and realize the strategy eventually. He is real valuable asset for any company that is about start-up of new product sales, marketing, promotion and positioning on market. He is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He is very cooperative and result oriented person who can work in team and fulfill tasks stipulated by management as well as manage and improve any process he has to do. Also, in the team he is not a manager only, but a great trainer who is ready to share his knowledge and experience with junior team members.
