Emer developed incredibly from just making calls, to having good conversations with senior individuals within organisations and managing the team in the team leader’s absence. Emer is a confident and articulate individual, who is credible when interacting with peers and management alike. Emer was selected as a delegate to participate in the Future Stars programme. The intensive six week course required all delegates to write weekly assignments, present on a variety of subjects both individually and collectively. Emer’s involvement during the programme was seen as valuable and she contributed significantly on a number of tasks: •The quality of her assignments ensured she received consistently high marks throughout •Her interaction and comments during seminars were insightful and well considered •In team tasks she produced ideas and worked effectively with a variety of different personalities •Her hard work ethos was recognised by others, as during one particular task when teams were being allocated, a few individuals expressed an interest in working with her Emer developed considerably during her placement year and was promoted as an interim team leader. This alone is evidence of her commitment, hard work and future managerial credentials.

Emer was on my team for the majority of her student placement at Quantum. Throughout the year she proved herself to be one of the most consistent high performers and was able to adapt to several new campaigns whilst maintaining her performance and quality of work. Emer also showed great maturity and leadership qualities promting me to place her in charge of the team when I was absent even though there were more experienced people within the team. This was proved to be the correct choice as Emer lead the team well and received great feedback from the management team.
