Maryanne represented our HR group and supported hires, promotions and management issues for our data management group. Maryanne also provided company leadership when describing policies and initiatives forwarded by our HR group. Maryanne presents a very calm demeanor while actively listening to our needs or issues. She has a vast knowledge base within the types of issues and resolutions that are effective in understanding and coping with our challenges. Maryanne eloquently paraphrases the issues and resulting actions required to address the issues with a timeline and an action plan. I would be very pleased to work with Marianne again and would recommend that Marianne be considered as a strong leader and confident presenter both in large audience and one-on-one environments.
