Responsible for CMM activities for all new product development parts Generate new CNC part programs for aerospace parts using Mitutoyo GEOPAK-Win v2.4 and Metrosoft Quartis R13 (Wenzel) software, Inspection of Aerospace parts and First Article Inspections (FAI). Monitoring Statistical process control. Maintain the CMM & plan the spares to the Precision Equipment’s Instruments & Fixtures Calibration and report maintenance. Inspection of incoming pilot lots as per Quality Standard. First off inspection of in-house machined & assembled parts. Periodic audit of in-house machined & assembled parts. Maintain 5S in working area. Coordination of inspection equipment and gauges calibration to avoid the scrap due to the gauges in internal production cell. Use of precision measurement instruments, including calipers, micrometers, vision systems. Understanding and utilization of various blueprints and schematics. Working knowledge of modern quality assurance techniques and practices, As a Quality Personnel, our facility successfully passed DNV’s ISO (AS9100:2009) recertification audit with no major findings.
