I had the opportunity to be a part of the team that had Lilly supporting us. She is one of the rare individuals that is able to multi task and prioritize as the days and weeks priorities change. I was lucky enough to have her supporting me as an area and operations manager. Her strong support and forward thinking for the entire office enabled the managers to focus their efforts around driving revenue. Lilly is never overwhelmed no matter how many tasks that you give her and was constantly a resource that was used by all both in the office and the corporate office. I highly recommend Lilly for any administrative manager position as she will assist in streamlining processes and taking on workloads.
