I worked with Klemen as a member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije for a few years not only when he worked in Albania and Macedonia but also during his Telekom Slovenije's years. I know him to be very focused, driven and trustworthy. His ability to approach tasks systematically results in efficient execution. He is very knowledgable and proficient. He is capable of leading teams and creating excellent working environment which makes him a valuable member of any company going through digital transformation. Klemen is a very nice and pleasant person to engage with both professionally and privately.

I have worked with Klemen both as a colleague during his assignment as process/program responsible in a challenging M&A case as well as later on as a CTO reporting to Klemen during his short tenure as interim CEO. Klemen is calm, focused and dedicated person with broad knowledge of business strategy and general management practices. But above all, he is trustful person to whom one can refer even for topics beyond business. His suggestions, short, clear and straight to the point, when I was reviewing my options for additional education (MBA degree), over time proved to be the best piece of advice I have gotten on the topic. Needles to mention that his international assignments on very demanding positions have also additionally built him to a type of a professional with skills and experience that can rarely be found in a single person. I would wholeheartedly recommend Klemen for any senior management position or any position that requires broad business understanding along with flawless communication and positive people relation.
