  Starting from Oct. 2013 until December 2019, I led ICEG Procurement Organization in Accenture coordinating a Team of 20 experienced Category Manager who support me in managing the various categories including. Subco, Travel, Marketing, HR and High Tech categories, Facility and Services, Car rental, Insurance and in general High Spend Vendors, leading the necessary synergies among the ICEG countries in order to optimize the saving objectives. In addition during the year 2020 I Led Real Estate procurement activities for the ITALY WOW Projects. ICEG in Accenture is a Region including the following countries: Italy, Cekia, Slovakia, Hungary, Rumania, Polland, Greece, Bulgaria and Croatia. I have a strong experience in sourcing activities, I was very focused on saving and I was continuously involved in defining new control tools, able to find new way to make saving. The results were periodically shared with the Global Procurement Lead and Countries Leadership. I was responsible of the environmental program in GS Italy area, and I lead some green projects in order to bring Accenture in becoming one of the best global companies for this. My focus was extended also to serve clients in sourcing activities in Energy area and I was part of Board of Director in “Consortium CentoMilacandele” and I have an huge focus in managing the best choice to get the best Energy price for this company.
