Pedro Arlant has decided to bring me from London to Brazil betting on me after I have completed my trainee program at S&P. From the beginning he was a great mentor, always listening to new ideas and willing to excel globally at S&P. At the end of the fist year we both won the president circle award as the best manager and relationship management globally, on the most challenging conditions in Brazil politically and economically which was 2016. He built an amazing team in Brazil and Latam, and he was respected and admired by the entire team, people enjoyed to work alongside him, followed by everyone with 0% turnover, which just shows how much people respected and follow the leader that he is, including me rejecting multiple job offers. Pedro is an amazing commercial leader with an extensive experience in latam sales and relationship management, with the ability to build great high performing teams, developing and coaching everyone to achieve high performance levels, bringing the Latam team to be the best performing region globally. On my side, he always gave me credit and promoted me, allowed me to shine and he was the best mentor and manager I could ever wished for. Today I am a team lead in London, which I owe to all the coaching and time he invested to develop me as a professional and leader, not just me but the entire team. Any company that hires Pedro, has an amazing people, team and commercial leader, which is hard to find nowadays. Again, Latam had 0% turnover and it was the best performing region globally. Pedro has won multiple president circle award at S&P Global widely recognized by his capabilities, talents and for the leader he is. I moved from London to Brazil because he was highly regarded in our company as a leader and it was the best decision I ever made, since he had always fully supported and coached me to be extremely motivated on my roles and he made sure that I kept developing as a professional and as a person to be successful in our firm, in summary a leader that looked up after me.
