I have been part of the Yoga Festival organising team since September 2014. The organised events include a Winter Festival in January 2015 in Tallinn, a Summer Festival in July 2015 in Haapsalu, a Life Style Day in March 2016 at the Kultuurikatel in Tallinn, a Summer Festival in July 2016 and July 2017 in Haapsalu. I attended courses that discussed different policy and management issues in science and technology, and issues around innovation and technology transfer. Other focal points were on the study of ICTs and different theories in international development. My MSc dissertation was written on the development of Estonia's e-government: it expanded upon legacy information systems and technological aspects of e-government implementation.
